Cleveland police are responding to the area of East 91st Street and Kinsman Road for a reported "possible" pipe bomb found in the back seat of a car. Several miles of Kinsman Road are shut down.

According to an RTA spokesperson, there was a two-car crash and one of the cars then struck a bus.

Police were investigating the crash when the unknown device was seen in the rear seat of one of the cars.

The bus has been evacuated.

Emergency Medical Services says one person was taken to Universiy Hospitals and is in stable condition.

A News 5 crew on scene says a "bang" was heard around 4:50 p.m. Cleveland police confirmed the robot was used to detonate the item, which was determined to be not dangerous.
