Cleveland Public Power outage on west side impacting 500 customers

Cleveland Public Power is experiencing another power outage on the west side of the city.

The outage occurred around 5:35 p.m. Sunday night and is impacting about 300 customers.

According to CPP, the cause of the outage is a problem with a feeder in the area.

We are experiencing a problem with a feeder impacting about 300 customers. Crews are working to restore as soon as possible. The area impacted includes Western Avenue to Jasper Avenue, from West 100 to West 112 Street.

The area impacted includes Western Avenue to Jasper Avenue, from W 100th Street to W 112th Street.

CPP reported at  6:34 p.m. that the power had been restored to all impacted customers. 

However, approximately an hour later,  another outage in the area occurred, this time affecting 500 customers.

There is another problem with a feeder impacting approximately 500 customers. Our crews are working to restore.
