CLEVELAND — A Cleveland Metropolitan School District security guard charged with sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl has been indicted for allegedly assaulting two additional teens.
Derrick Dugger, 29, is a security guard at East Technical High School. On Feb. 8, Dugger was indicted on two felony counts of gross sexual imposition.

According to court records, Dugger inappropriately touched two 15-year-old girls between May and October 2018. The indictment doesn’t specify where the incidents took place or if the two additional victims are students where he worked as a guard.
Dugger was originally indicted Nov. 30, 2018, on multiple charges relating to the sexual assault of a special needs student. He was charged with two counts of rape, two counts of sexual battery and one count of importuning. According to the indictment, the grand jury classified him as a sexually violent predator.
The school district suspended Dugger when the allegations surfaced.

Dugger has been out on bond since being arrested following the first indictment.
He is scheduled to appear in court on Feb. 25.
