CLEVELAND — Cleveland has plenty of suburbs, but one, in particular, is being called one of the best to live in the United States in 2019.
Niche is a website where people can research schools, neighborhoods and companies. The site created a list of the best suburbs to live in America and Cleveland suburb Shaker Heights made the top 25.
Shaker Heights was ranked No. 12 in the list of suburbs. It received and A+ rating for both overall score and public schools score.
Niche compiled the list based on information regarding crime, public schools, cost of living, job opportunities and local amenities. The site collected data from the U.S. Census, FBI, BLS, CDC and other sources.
