Cleveland Police were called to the Cudell Recreation Center Nov. 22, 2014 on a report of a male with a gun.
Within seconds of their arrival, Tamir Rice was dead from a gunshot wound to the abdomen. Officer Timothy Loehmann would later tell investigators that he had seen the 12-year-old reach for his waistband before Loehmann fired his gun twice, striking Tamir Rice once.
Monday, a grand jury decided not to indict Loehmann nor his partner in the deadly shooting.
Below, we've gathered the exhibits released by police and investigators since the shooting.
