Fourth person charged in fatal shooting on Cleveland's west side after drug deal went bad

A fourth arrest has been made in connection with a man who was shot and killed after a drug deal went bad.

Police arrested 26-year-old Melvin Jones for the death of 28-year-old Desean Perkins on Nov. 28.

Jones was charged with aggravated murder and aggravated robbery.

Three other people have already been charged in connection to Perkins' death.

Last week 20-year-old Rebecca Perchinski, 21-year-old Kelvin Harrell and 29-year-old Michael Patterson were charged with aggravated murder.

Jones is scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 20.
