A fourth suspect, who was arrested over the weekend in connection with the death of 9-year-old Saniyah Nicholson, was arraigned in court on Monday. Ce' Matizea Andrews is being held at a $5 million bond.

Police say Nicholson was sitting in her mom's car when she got caught in the crossfire of a shooting nearby.

According to US Marshals, Andrews was taken into custody late Friday night by the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force. They had received information that the 19-year-old was hiding out in a home in the 3500 block of Randolph Road in Cleveland Heights.

Andrews is one of two adults charged for the little girl's death. Two teens are also in custody.
