CLEVELAND — A bomb threat prompted an evacuation at the JACK Casino and Public Square in Cleveland early Friday morning.
RTA buses were brought in as warming shelters for employees while Cleveland police worked the scene.
A patron who was inside the casino when it was evacuated said they were in the poker room when everything went down. They said everyone was told to leave their chips on the tables and head to the nearest exit.

Cleveland police said the threat was called into the Casino, but after investigating they determined that was the area was safe. Around 4 a.m., the scene was given an all-clear.
RTA said some buses may be running a little late Friday morning due the incident.
Buses and trains are running late due to an earlier threat at Tower City. Expect delays for the next hour until service is restored completely. We apologize for the inconvenience as we work to restore service downtown.
