Ever wondered what it would be like to live inside Terminal Tower? It could soon be a reality.
Property management company K&D tells newsnet5.com they will purchase the iconic downtown landmark from Forest City Realty Trust and create residential space in part of the building.
K&D owner Doug Price said the bottom portion of the building will be used to create about 300 apartments. The upper part will be used as commercial space.
"After a couple decades of development in the city of Cleveland, we are both proud and honored to be the next owners of such a significant piece of Cleveland’s history," the company said in a statement.
