The U.S. Marshals have announced the arrest of the final suspect in the shooting death of a 9-year-old girl who was caught in the crossfire between two groups near a shopping center on Cleveland's east side.
Authorities arrested 20-year-old Timothy Greene in the 4100 block of East 160th Street on Wednesday afternoon.

The shooting happened on June 20. Saniyah Nicholson, 9, of Maple Heights was shot at the intersection of Lee Road and Harvard Avenue. The girl was sitting in her mother's car when gunfire erupted from two groups nearby and she was shot in the head, police said.
Greene was charged with one count of aggravated murder, according to court records. A court date has not been set.
Six other suspects were previously arrested in connection with the child's death, including three juveniles. Three others — Devontae Nettles, 19, Aaron George, 18, and Ce'Matizea Andrews, 19, have been charged with murder. All three are set to appear in court on Oct. 11.
