EAST CLEVELAND, Ohio — A male driver has been arrested after leading East Cleveland police on a 40-minute chase throughout several cities Tuesday morning.
Earlier in the night East Cleveland had a pursuit that lasted about 40 minutes. This is video of them passing me on the I-90 west exit ramp to E140. The driver then did a full lap using the marginal roads. ECPD used spikes and took the man into custody. pic.twitter.com/9yGHvY5i4B
