CLEVELAND — A 24-year-old man was arrested in connection with the March shooting death of a 15-year-old boy in Cleveland, according to the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force (NOVFT).
Authorities issued a warrant for Aaren Washington, 24, for a homicide that occurred in the area of Woodland Avenue on March 30.
Washington is suspected of shooting 15-year-old Amir Bradley several times, including in the chest. Amir was transported to a nearby hospital where he later died.
On Friday, members of the task force tracked Washington to an apartment on Chardon Road where he was arrested without incident.
NOVFT arrested 44-year-old Tinisha Thomas on April 28 after suspecting her to be the getaway driver during the incident, authorities said.
