Cleveland Police are investigating after a man driving on West 23rd Street crashed into a tree.
The crash happened near 3 a.m.
According to police, the man driving the vehicle lost control and crashed into another car parked on the street before colliding with a tree.
He was transported to the hospital, where he later died.
The identity of the man is unknown at this time.
