A man is dead after falling from the eighth floor of a Cleveland Housing Metropolitan Authority apartment building Wednesday morning.
Police said the man fell out an eighth floor window of the Bellaire Garden apartments at 12000 Wanda Avenue.
The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner responded to the scene.
Cleveland police say the death appears to be accidental. The homicide unit did not respond.
