A man was shot and killed on the city's east side on Saturday after an alleged argument with another man police have yet to identify.
Around 5 p.m., Cleveland police officers went to East 79th Street and Myron Avenue for a report of shots fired in the area.
Officers found a man shot in the street when they arrived, with a gunshot wound to his torso.
The man was taken to University Hospitals where he was pronounced dead.
Witnesses told police the man who died had an argument with another man, who fled the scene after shooting him.
The homicide unit and Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner's Office were called to investigate. The medical examiner's office will determine a cause of death.
