The Perrysburg Township Police Department has ruled that the deaths of Cleveland.com reporter Nikki Delmotte and her uncle were a murder-suicide.

Delamotte, whose legal name was Nicole Delamotte-Ullman, and her uncle, Robert Delamotte, were found dead in a Perrysburg Township home on Monday.

Police recovered surveillance video from the residence and determined that no other person went into or left the residence after Nikki's arrival.

When police arrived at the scene, they found both Nikki and her uncle dead in the living room.

The autopsy revealed that Nikki was shot three times and that Robert was shot one time. His wound appears to be self-inflicted.

At this time, investigators are saying their deaths were a murder-suicide.

Police are continuing the investigation.
