RTA closing main office on West 6th Street to public due to COVID-19 health advisories

CLEVELAND — The main office of the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority on West 6th Street will be closing to the public due to local and state COVID-19 health advisories.

The building will close at the end of business day Wednesday, Nov. 25, and will continue until further notice, RTA said.

Entry to the building will be only for employees and those with appointments scheduled at the main office.

Visitors with appointments and employees will continue to have their temperatures checked upon arrival, according to RTA.

The customer service officer for the American’s with Disabilities located on the first floor of the building will also be closed, RTA said.
