CLEVELAND — The Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority announced on Wednesday that the Red Line rapid will be closed from Tower City to Windermere on Oct. 10 for construction.
Buses will replace the rapid. They will run every 30 minutes.
Red Line service from the airport to Tower City won't be impacted.
Officials said services should resume by 2:30 p.m.
