CLEVELAND — The Salvation Army and the Greater Cleveland Food Bank are teaming up to provide food to people in need.
The Salvation Army Cleveland West Park at 12645 Lorain Avenue in Cleveland will be hosting free produce giveaways from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. (or until supplies last) throughout the summer.
Remaining dates for produce giveaways include:
- August 16, 2019
- September 20, 2019
- October 18, 2019
A large variety of produce items will be available at not cost to area residents. Individuals looking to participate will need to provide a photo ID and proof of residence, such as an electric or other utility bill. Participants are also encouraged to bring bags for transporting the produce.
