A suspected intoxicated woman crashed into a utility pole on Superior Avenue just after 2:30 a.m. Thursday.
The crash occurred in the eastbound lanes of Superior Avenue near East 61st Street.
Cleveland police were giving a woman field sobriety tests as she struggled to stand at the scene.
The SUV was heavily damaged and the pole was cracked but not knocked down.
