CLEVELAND — Cleveland’s iconic East 4th Street, a place of eclectic food, drinks and entertainment, was vandalized and businesses were left with smashed windows and damaged property.
Viewer video captured more than eight minutes of the scene. A small group of people can be seen throwing chairs through windows and doors and using other items to break out the glass.
Patio tables were overturned and plants that line the street were uprooted by the vandals.
