Cleveland police are looking for an alleged drug dealer who is suspected of fatally shooting a transgender woman during a drug deal gone bad.
Police say the suspect — Gary Sanders — shot and killed Phylicia Mitchell during an argument over drugs and money on Feb. 23. The shooting happened in the 1460 block of West 112th Street.
Sanders is charged with aggravated murder and warrant is out for his arrest.
