Ohio gubernatorial candidates Richard Cordray and Mike DeWine were in Cleveland Thursday to participate in “Talking Jobs with Ohio’s Next Governor,” a unique forum on education and jobs with young students and workers in Ohio.

The event took place at 12:30 p.m. at the Idea Center at Playhouse Square – watch our stream of the event on Facebook here (note that there is no sound in the first few minutes of the video due to technical issues):

Students and workers were invited to submit questions for the candidates using the hashtag #TalkJobsOH on social media, according to a news release from the Idea Center. For more information, head to:  www.ideastream.org/talkjobs

During the forum, DeWine and Cordray appeared in individual back-to-back segments, allotted 45 minutes each to respond to questions and comments about education, workforce development and job creation, the news release states.
