CLEVELAND — Cleveland police are investigating after a woman was thrown out of a vehicle and pronounced dead after being transported to the hospital.
The incident happened at 5 p.m. on I-90 west near Carnegie Avenue.
Police said a woman was thrown out of a vehicle onto the freeway.
The woman was transported to Metro Hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
It is unknown if any arrests have been made.
