CLEVELAND — A man was shot and later died from his wounds in Cleveland Sunday afternoon, according to the Cleveland Police Department.
Cleveland EMS responded to the 10700 block of Saint Clair Avenue to transport Jovante Banks, 28, with gunshot wounds to the hospital, EMS said.
Authorities say he was later pronounced dead at the hospital.
CPD's homicide unit is investigating the shooting.
