CLEVELAND — A man was shot and later died from his wounds in Cleveland Sunday afternoon, according to the Cleveland Police Department.
Cleveland EMS responded to the 10700 block of Saint Clair Avenue to transport a man in his 30s with gunshot wounds to the hospital, EMS said.
Authorities say the man was later pronounced dead at the hospital.
CPD's homicide unit is investigating the shooting.
