1 dead in Cleveland shooting ruled homicide

The Cleveland Division of Police is investigating a shooting that left one dead early Sunday morning.

According to police, the shooting occurred in the 2600 block of East 71st Street.

A 30-year-old man had a gunshot wound and was transported to a local hospital by EMS in critical condition, police said.

Police have now said the shooting was ruled a homicide.

Officials say no arrests have been made yet.
