CLEVELAND — The Cleveland Police Homicide Unit is requesting the public's assistance in identifying the three individuals who are suspects in a homicide.
According to Cleveland Police, the incident occurred near the Cedar Estates at East 28th Street and Central Avenue on Nov. 1, 2023.
The suspects, two women and one man are pictured above.
