Cleveland police searching for hit-skip driver who struck 4-year-old boy on West 41st Street

CLEVELAND — Cleveland police are searching for a hit-skip driver who struck a 4-year-old boy on the city’s West Side on Sunday.

Police said at around 8 p.m., a vehicle traveling northbound on West 41st Street near Trowbridge Avenue hit a 4-year-old boy who ran into the street.

Police said the vehicle did not stop. The child was taken to the hospital, where his condition is unknown at this time.

The vehicle involved is described as a white SUV driven by a younger male.
