"Due to the high number of Police chases that have resulted in crashes in the City of East Cleveland over the past several weeks, I feel it is my duty, as an Elected Official as well as a concerned resident of the City of East Cleveland to strongly advise anyone traveling through the City of East Cleveland, proceed with extra caution and remain aware of your surroundings while driving at all times.
"I also implore all residents and those traveling through the City of East Cleveland to please, please obey the traffic laws.
