Empty car struck by train in Cleveland

Drivers are asked to avoid the railroad tracks at East 26th Street and Lakeside Avenue in Cleveland after a train accident.

Cleveland Fire said an empty car was hit by a Norfolk Southern train.

The railroad crossing was closed Monday morning as crews worked to tow the car.

Norfolk Southern has also been called to help assist with the damage.
