Flags have been lowered across Ohio to honor former President Jimmy Carter, who recently died.
Gov. Mike DeWine has ordered flags to be raised on Jan. 20 for Inauguration Day when Donald Trump Takes office.
Flags will be lowered again at all public buildings and grounds on Jan. 21 until sunset on Jan. 28.
