CLEVELAND — Two inmates were mistakenly released from the Cuyahoga County Jail within the past week, Cuyahoga County spokesperson Mary Louise Madigan confirmed on Tuesday.
One of the inmates, identified as David Barnes, who is charged with having weapons under disability, was mistakenly released from jail on Oct. 16. The second inmate, identified as Bernard Moore who is charged with carrying a concealed weapon, was released on Oct. 17.
Barnes and Moore have returned to jail after their mistaken releases.
