5- Complied with all information requests in a reasonable time frame
4- Complied with some of our requests in a reasonable time frame
3- Partially complied with information requests
2- Attempted to comply, but failed to provide information in a reasonable time frame
1- Failed to comply with information requests in a reasonable time frame
