With the weather feeling so nice this week, it is fitting that Tuesday is National Johnny Appleseed Day.
Appleseed lived in the late 1700s until the 1800s and was known for devoting his life to helping trees bloom.
He has multiple monuments across the state.
The last known tree he planted is still alive and located in Nova in Ashland County.
