Ashtabula fire offering reward for info on person who stole gifts for 10-year-old girl battling brain cancer

ASHTABULA, Ohio — Authorities from Ashtabula County are offering a $300 reward for information that leads to the arrest of the person responsible for breaking into a car and stealing cash and gifts meant for 10-year-old Oliviah Hall, who is battling brain cancer.

In a Facebook post, the Ashtabula Division of Policesaid a person entered a car on West 53rd Street and stole several cards and packages that were supposed to be gifts for Hall.
