Authorities have confirmed the body found during the search for a missing Ashtabula mother on Tuesday has been identified as Rand Hilal Al Dulaimi, who was last seen on July 9.

The body of the 23-year-old mother was found in Saybrook Township in the area of North Bend Road, according to Sheriff Bill Johnson.

She was reported missing by her family on July 11. Authorities said she disappeared under what they believe to be suspicious circumstances.  Her friends said she would never leave her 2-year-old son behind.

Authorities have not yet determined a cause of death and haven't announced any charges relating to her death.

In March of 2017, an Amber Alert was issued and later canceled after authorities said Al Dulaimi's ex-husband Jeffrey Stanley abducted their son. Court records show Stanley was convicted on charges of trespassing and endangering children in 2017. Stanley was ordered to have no contact with Al Dulaimi or their son as part of his probation agreement.

Stanley has been named as a person of interest in Al Dulaimi's disappearance. He was arrested on July 14 on an unrelated parole violation. He is currently being held in the Ashtabula County Jail.
