Parma police chased a vehicle into Cleveland early Tuesday morning.
Several other police departments were on hand to help.
A group of people got out of the vehicle on Bonna Avenue, and one of them ran into a home.
Police surrounded the man when he came out of the home and took him into custody.
The other people who ran out of the car are still on the loose.
No further information was provided.
