SEVEN HILLS, Ohio — Surveillance video in February caught thieves in the middle of a huge jewelry heist at a Seven Hills Kmart that is going out of business.

Seven Hills police were dispatched to Kmart, 7701 Broadview Road, on Feb. 21 just after midnight for an alarm going off.

When they arrived, police found the garden-area glass door shattered. Inside, they found six jewelry cases pried open and emptied.

The manager of the store told police that approximately $100,000 was recently delivered in the cases for liquidation.

Police attempted to find fingerprints on the jewelry cases but found nothing.

The robbery remains under investigation.
