The Beachwood Police Department is searching for a missing woman who suffers from dementia.
She is 80-years-old has been missing since 1:15 p.m.
She was last seen leaving her residence on So Green Road in Beachwood.
She is 5-feet-5-inches tall and weighs 150 pounds. She has gray hair and brown eyes.
She drives a gray 2015 Nissan Rogue.
Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to call 911.
