Authorities say the altercation leading up to Power’s death followed a minor fender bender at an Independence gas station on Rockside Road on Sunday February 3.
The victim, Gary Power, of Fairview Park, was taken off life support last week.
Lloyd is scheduled to be arraigned on Feb. 18 at 9:45 a.m. at the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas.
