LYNDHURST, Ohio — A Brush High School senior earned $2.5 million in scholarships to attend prestigious schools such as Princeton, Stanford and John Hopkins University.

Kareem King found out during Spring Break that he was accepted to Harvard University on a full academic scholarship.

"I was afraid to look at it at first because I didn't want to ruin my trip if I didn't get in but I ended up opening it and was like 'Oh my gosh. I got in!' and everybody on the bus was asking where I got in," King said.

Once his classmates found out he got into Harvard, his classmates starting screaming.

King finished high school with a 4.6 GPA.
