The FBI Cleveland Field Office is looking for a few dozen local high school students for their Future Agents In Training Program.

Last year, 35 area teenagers took part in the program. This year, the program is expanding.

"We did this last year for a couple of days, now expanded it to four days," Special Agent Vicki Anderson said.

The program is designed to educate students about the FBI. The students learn from agents, intelligence analysts and professional staff about a variety of topics including evidence gathering, interviewing witnesses and solving crimes.

There are eligibility requirements before students can be accepted into the program.

"They have to have a 3.0, be a U.S. citizen and be in school full time," Anderson said.

The 2016 Future Agents In Training program will take place in Cleveland June 14-17.

Information is available on the FBI Cleveland Field Office website.
