Cleveland police are asking the public for help in locating a driver wanted in a fatal hit-skip on Sunday.
Police said the hit-skip happened at approximately at 2:35 a.m. when Anthony Ricardo Bey, 29, was found lying in the street near the area of 12519 Oakfield Avenue, located in Cleveland's Mt. Pleasant neighborhood.
Bey described the car that struck him as a light-colored, possibly silver minivan or crossover style vehicle, said police.
The vehicle fled the area without stopping, according to police.
Bey was taken to University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center where he died, police confirmed.
