SOLON, Ohio — Dozens of customers camped outside of the new Chick-fil-A location in Solon for the chance to win a year's worth of free food from the fast food chain.

Security at the Solon location told a News 5 photographer that 99 people were in line ahead of the opening. The first 100 adults, ages 18 and older, will have the chance to win a year's worth of free Chick-fil-A meals. More details on the giveaway here.

Tents were scattered around the parking, with those in line already having their number place in line secured.

The Solon location will be open from 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., Monday through Saturday.

The nearly 5,000-square-foot location features a dual-lane drive-thru merging into a single pick-up window point that can accommodate up to 200 cars per hour.

Another feature in the drive-thru includes environment-controlled canopies for those unpredictable weather days in Northeast Ohio.
