BEACHWOOD, Ohio — Beachwood police are investigating a shooting.
The shooting happened Saturday at 8:30 p.m. at Beachwood Place Mall.
Police said a man was found in the parking lot of the mall with a gunshot wound.
He was transported to the hospital with a non life-threatening injury.
Police said it was determined the shooting took place in the parking lot of the mall after a dispute between two people that knew each other.
Police arrested Christian Hayward on March 18 for his involvement in the shooting.
No other injuries were reported and mall operations were not impacted.
