The Euclid NAACP held an emergency rally due to the mayors “unwillingness to meet simple demands to ensure that residents, citizens and others alike are safe," the organization said.

The group is upset that the city rehired Officer Amiott and won’t remove officer Aoki and others who were found to be involved in more than 75 excessive force complaints.

News 5 did an in-depth investigation into the Euclid police department’s use of force.
