Frank Jackson elected to a fourth term as Cleveland mayor after Zack Reed concedes

Mayor Frank Jackson is the mayor once again after winning the 2017 mayoral race Tuesday night.

Zack Reed conceded in a speech at 11 p.m.

As of 11 p.m., Jackson won 60% of the votes. Reed garnered 23,786 votes, while Jackson tallied 34,871 votes.

Votes have not finished being counted. News 5 will update with the total votes once they become available.
