Thursday's Browns victory over the Jets has everyone in Northeast Ohio celebrating, but one city, in particular, went a step further and issued a proclamation in honor of Baker Mayfield's debut as Cleveland's newest quarterback.
Parma Mayor Tim DeGeeter honored both the Browns and Mayfield with a proclamation at Mario's Barbershop, 7526 Broadview Road. The event signing took place during a food and supply drive for Hurricane Florence victims.
