Man's lawyer discusses Euclid police's decision to rehire officer in violent video

A man's attorney, whose violent arrest went viral in 2017, spoke out about the Euclid officer getting rehired.

An arbitrator ruled in favor of officer Michael Amiott on Monday.

Amiott was seen punching 25-year-old Richard Hubbard III in a video posted to Facebook Aug. 12, 2017.

Hubbard's attorney Christopher McNeal told us he is "dumbfounded by the decision" to award Amiott his job back.
