South Euclid police arrested a man on Thursday morning after they found him asleep behind the wheel with his 9-year-old daughter in the back seat.
Police said they found the car sitting near the intersection of South Green and Mayfield roads.
Authorities have not released the man's identity, but say the 47-year-old was charged with OVI and several other traffic offenses. He was also charged with child endangering.
According to police, the man's license had already been suspended for a previous OVI charge. The man's record showed he had three prior OVI convictions, authorities said.
